Dave H

Dave Hendrick

Founder, President and CEO

Dave Hendrick is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of HSGI, Inc. Dave is responsible for creating, planning, implementing and integrating the strategic direction for HSGI. Dave ensures that the organization’s leadership maintains a constant awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customer base, markets, new industry developments and standards.

His beliefs are to create an organization that will grow and flourish by creating the vision and aligning personal goals to those of the organization.

Dave founded HSGI, Inc. over 22 years ago, has been a visionary in the recruiting industry and thrives on building lifelong client and candidate relationships. Starting as an IT Recruiter in 1998 during the .com boom, Dave was given a chance by two gentlemen to help start and launch a boutique IT Staffing Firm. He was an integral part of building it up from a dream and a vision to being acquired by a publicly traded company in less than three years. The foundation and leadership was never forgotten. Dave has replicated the skills learned at the beginning of his career and diversified into other Industry sectors becoming a true powerhouse in the Recruiting world, transforming HSGI into a Global Enterprise. Mentoring people and enabling them to change their lives, ensuring self development and empowerment is a primary focus on a daily basis.

Outside of work Dave is dedicated to his family, loves boating, enjoys being on the golf course, saltwater fishing and all sports.

Greg Henry

Greg Henry

Chief Operations Officer

Greg Henry is Chief Operating Officer at HSGI, Inc. Greg is responsible for the day to day administrative, operational functions; go to market initiatives and leads corporate initiatives.

Prior to HSGI, Inc. Greg was Group Vice President Solution Engineering at Oracle for the HCM SaaS products and Vice President at SAP America. At Oracle, he was a Global enterprise solution sales and customer success executive who drove revenue growth, customer satisfaction, developed and executed go-to-market strategies for ERP, HCM, Information Governance, and other enterprise platforms. He is recognized as an outstanding executive who recruits, develops, and mentors high performance teams who build exceptional client relationships and consistently exceeding revenue goals.

Greg is passionate about aligning individual goals to corporate goals and developing talent. When executed properly; organizations achieve amazing results.

Outside of work Greg is dedicated to his family, loves to golf, boat, cycle, and challenges himself to learn something new every day.

Mark V

Mark Vallario

Chief Revenue Officer

Mark Vallario is Chief Revenue Officer at HSGI, Inc. Mark is responsible for all global revenue related activities across the organizations client base, account management and business development. He is tasked with the continued growth across all industries and has established himself as a results-driven Executive serving enterprise and mid-market clients.

Prior to joining HSGI, Inc. Mark was Vice President of Resource1 where he was recognized for his outstanding leadership and a high level of customer satisfaction. He has over 30 years experience implementing successful staffing and services initiative’s in a variety of industries and has a proven track record in developing world class sales and recruiting teams focused on delivering exceptional service to their clients.

Outside of work Mark is a family man, an avid golfer, enjoys, hiking, fishing and boating.

Holly

Holly Goldman

Chief Accountiing Officer & Controller

Holly Goldman is Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at HSGI, Inc. She is responsible for financial controls by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. She monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting internal audits and providing information to leadership team to guide investment and acquisition decisions.  Holly has over 10 years experience in accounting and quality assurance practices. Prior to HSGI, Inc. she served as a quality assurance analyst at an EMR software company. Outside of work she enjoys Alabama football, party planning and crafting.

Mandy Dreasky

Mandy Dreasky

Executive Director, Aerospace Division

Mandy Dreasky is Executive Director for Aerospace Division at HSGI, Inc.  In her role she is responsible for day to day recruiting activity and practices in the A&D division.  Mandy began her career as an Aerospace Recruiter, expanded her role into Account Management and consistently delivers competitive workforce solutions to prestigious corporate aviation companies worldwide.  She has a passion for the aerospace industry and drive for customer satisfaction and growth.

At HSGI she has had repeated success guiding the A&D recruiting staff to new levels every year, which has created sustainable growth and profitability and high satisfaction from all of her clients.  Her definition of success is finding solutions that propel our clients to new levels of success and partner with them in long term relationships.

As an expert in Aviation Recruiting, she has built and cultivated high performing teams who build exceptional relationships and consistently exceed expectations of our customers.  Outside of work she enjoys sports, camping, concerts, movies, outdoor activities and reading good books.

Bob Colvin

Bob Colvin

Vice President of Client Services, Aerospace Division

Bob Colvin is the Vice President of Client Services at HSGI, Inc.  He is responsible for Account Management and Customer Experience for the Aerospace division. Bob began his career as an aircraft mechanic and has worked his way up to specializing in recruiting for the Aerospace industry over his career. He has worked in Aerospace and Defense recruiting for over 30 years and has partnered with several clients to help build their corporate and commercial staffs globally. He has a passion for excellence, leads by example and is obsessed with customer and client services.

Susan Cowburn

Susan Cowburn

Chief Payroll Officer

Susan Cowburn is the Chief Payroll Officer at HSGI, Inc.  In her role she is responsible for the company’s customized payroll and benefit processes, including the implementation of new programs, incentives and enhancements to contingent and gig workforce solutions.

She has been an HR and payroll professional for over 30 years. She has extensive knowledge in many payroll software solutions, their implementation and best practices.  She manages the complexities of the global payroll process, the regulatory reporting, compliance practices and audit controls. She is also responsible for contingent workforce service; implementing leading edge technologies in compliance with federal, state, local regulations and best practices.

Susan has personally had a front row seat to the explosive growth of the organization and has been a valued and key leader in the process. Outside of work Susan enjoys family time, outdoor activities and playing tennis.
